• Unlimited images – enough to represent the property at the photographer’s discretion

• Additional neighborhood and area shots (up to 5) – $40

• Home size is taken from Zillow

• Travel Fee – 67 ¢ per mile starting after 30 total miles - There and Back – Radius starts from Cleveland, Ohio - Ask for details. 

• Return trip – $35 plus $5 per retaken image

• Property should be in shooting condition upon photographer arrival – We are not responsible for cleaning up other’s messes.  If we have to do that in rare scenarios, a rate of $50 per half hour will be charged.  We don’t mind setting up the perfect shot by moving a couple of items.  But, cleaning up others’ messes will incur a charge as our time is precious.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot without a rescheduled date – $50

• Full price will be charged for any property that is a last-minute cancellation without a scheduled reshoot if the photographer has arrived or is in progress

• Turnaround Time – typically all photos are returned within 24 following the shoot. (Twilight shoots can be up to 48 hours – holidays may affect this too)

• Heavy Photoshopping images – removing furniture, adding grass, bushes, removing ice…and many other scenarios that may come up – depending on size and scope price will vary – typically starting at $5 per photo.

• Weekend Charge - Extra $50

• Quick Turnaround - 6 Hours After Shoot - Extra $100

PRICE INCLUDES A ONE-TIME USE MARKETING/SOCIAL MEDIA RELEASE FOR THE COMPANY LISTED ON THE INVOICE AND ASSOCIATED PERSONS ONLY. ANY EXTERNAL USE MUST GO THROUGH MARTIN PHOTOGRAPHY FOR APPROVAL. MARTIN PHOTOGRAPHY RETAINS FULL COPYRIGHT TO ALL IMAGES AND VIDEOS. YOU MAY NOT GIVE PERMISSION TO ANY OTHER ENTITY TO IMAGES; HOWEVER, AN EXTENDED USAGE RELEASE CAN BE PURCHASED FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE.​
